Add/Edit Universal Collection

We’ve introduced a new feature in azFitment called “Universal Collection.”

This feature is ideal for parts that are compatible with all vehicles.

To use it, simply click on “Universal Collection” from the navigation menu, as shown below

On the Collection page, you’ll see a list of all the collections you’ve added. To create a new one, simply click on “Add New Collection.”

After clicking “Add New Collection”, you’ll be directed to the screen below, where you can enter the Collection Name. Click “Save & Next” to proceed with adding the collection.

If you choose not to add a new collection at this time, you can return to the list page by clicking the “Back to Collection” button.

You can also edit the Collection Name at any time.
To do this, click the “Edit Collection” icon in the collection list.

A popup window will appear, allowing you to update the collection name as shown below.

After updating the name, click the “Update” button to save your changes. The collection name will be successfully updated.

Once a new collection is created, you will be redirected to its Fitment Page, as shown below.

On this screen, you’ll find the file upload option.

Please ensure that the file you upload follows the format of the “aZFitment Excel Template.”
If you don’t have the template, you can download it using the “Download Excel Template” link provided on the screen.

The template file looks like the example shown below

In the template, columns marked in red are required. The VehicleType and Note columns are optional.

Once you upload the file, it will be processed, and a summary will be displayed as shown below:

Here, you’ll see a summary showing how many vehicles have been successfully added to the collection and how many entries are invalid.

In the top-right section, you can view the Part Number linked to this collection.

Below, you’ll find a list of fitments where you can:

• Delete any unwanted fitments

• Update quantity and notes for all fitments or individually, as needed
